Frequently Asked Questions

All agents pay a Brokerage Transaction Fee equal to .12% of the Purchase Price.

Agents on the "No Monthly Fee Plan" pay $299 when they join the brokerage. We apply this fee against their first transaction in the first year. If the agent does not complete any sales transactions in the first year, another $299 annual affiliation fee will be charged. 

We charge a $50 fee for Rental Transactions plus a pass-through fee from FMLS. 

We charge a $100 fee for broker-to-broker referral transactions. 

It can be processed very quickly. We've processed transfers the same day. There's no fee to transfer your license to another broker. 

ATL Realty agents have the option to be paid at the closing table if paperwork is received and approved within five business days of closing. 

Your listings that are pending or under contract can remain with your existing broker. Your active listings, depending on your employment agreement, can often be transferred to ATL Realty.  

No, we do not maintain any office space. We are a virtual brokerage.

Yes, properties in the FMLS' Compulsory Area must be listed in First MLS.

Georgia MLS membership is optional. If you chose to join Georgia MLS for a monthly fee of $25, your listings must be added to Georgia MLS.

Our Brokerage Transaction Fee can be waived at FMLS' discretion with the completion of the FMLS Owner/Agent Form. 

Yes, you can pay with a credit card or bank transfer.

An agent is allowed to have one party as a Client and the other party as a Customer.

ATL Realty agents cannot sell commercial property.
